Return and Refund Policy

Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date of shipment delivery to initiate a return. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team and provide the following details:

  • Full order details
  • Reason for the return
  • Condition of the item (opened or unopened, with or without tags and labels)

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a DHL Express return label to ship the item back to our logistical warehouse. Please note that the return address will depend on the specific warehouse the item was shipped from, and this information will be provided with the return waybill.

Refunds After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your service provider and typically take 1-7 business days.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping charges. Otherwise, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been dispatched. If the item has already been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • Modifications to orders are not allowed, except for changes to the delivery address. Address modifications may be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

A processing fee may apply for cancellations made after the order is processed but before dispatch.
