• We do not group shipments from multiple distributors. Items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
• Blue Oak is not responsible for delays due to customs, local postal services, or factors outside of our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Our Refund and Return Policy is available for review on our website. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged or altered in any way.
• Shipping costs for returns will only be covered by Blue Oak if the return is due to our error.
