At Blue Oak, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and refund process. Please read the following carefully to understand our policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, whether opened or not, with all tickets, labels, and packaging intact.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please Contact Us with the following details:

  • Full order details (Order number, date of purchase, and item details).
  • Reason for the return.
  • Condition of the item (opened or unopened, with or without original tickets/labels).

Once we receive your request, we will issue a DHL Express return label and provide you with the return instructions, including the specific logistical warehouse to which your item should be sent. Please note that our return address will depend on the warehouse from which your order was originally shipped.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong item, damaged product, etc.), Blue Oak will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is not due to an error on our end (e.g., change of mind or wrong size), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after the item has been inspected and approved for return.

5. Important Notes

  • Please ensure all return requests are made within the 14-day window. Returns made outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
  • All returned items must be in the condition in which they were received. If the item has been damaged, altered, or used, it may not be eligible for a full refund.
